Please ship back to the above address in original manufacture box and packaging. Product should be unused, unopened and in original condition. All original parts must be included in package. Products sent back damaged by buyer or by faulty installation, or not in original packaging will be considered or refunded on a case by case basis. Open boxes will have a 15% restocking deducted from credit amount. Parts must be in original re-sellable condition to get full credit. Any parts claiming to be defective but are in working condition will also be subject to the 25% restocking fee. Video Cards that have been installed or used will receive a 25% restocking fee. All products must be returned within the 30 day return period.
